No company is registered

Gravitas Protocol is not an incorporated company. There is no company registration number, no VAT number and no registered office, because there is no company — and inventing one on this page would be the exact kind of claim the rest of this site exists to avoid.

A legal entity is intended. When it is formed, this page will name it with its registration details, and it will assume the Terms of Service and become the controller named in the Privacy Policy.

What is offered here

This site is informational. Nothing is sold through it, no payment is taken, no account is opened, and no contract is concluded on it. The software it describes is published as source code and runs on a test network.

No regulated financial service is offered and no licence or authorisation is held in any jurisdiction. What that means in practice, and what could change it, is set out in the Risk Disclosure.

What each of them processes, and every other party involved, is listed in the Privacy Policy.

Copyright and licence

Source code is published under the Business Source License 1.1read the licence before building on it, because it is not an open-source licence.

Text, design and marks on this site are © 2026 Gravitas Protocol, except where a source is credited. Quoting the site with attribution is fine; presenting it as your own is not.

If something here is wrong

Write to abdusamed@gravitasprotocol.xyz. That includes a factual error, a claim the code does not support, a security flaw, an accessibility problem, or a copyright concern.

A statement on this site that the software does not support is treated as a fault and corrected, not defended. Several such corrections are recorded in the project's public history.

Disputes

The Terms of Service are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, and its courts have jurisdiction. A consumer resident in the European Union keeps the protection of mandatory provisions of their own country's law.

No goods or services are sold online here, so the EU online dispute resolution platform under Regulation (EU) 524/2013 does not apply. We are not obliged, and not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Data protection

Questions about personal data, and how to complain to the Croatian supervisory authority AZOP, are answered in the Privacy Policy.
