Terms of Service

The terms you are reading this under

In force from 26 August 2026 · Version 1.0

The short version

This is unaudited testnet software published while it is being built. It holds no money, offers no advice, and comes with no warranty. Nothing here is an offer of a financial product or an invitation to invest. If you use it, you use it knowing that.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of gravitasprotocol.xyz, the application at /app, and majlis.gravitasprotocol.xyz — together, "the Services".

The Services are provided by Abdusamed Zelić, a natural person resident in the Republic of Croatia, reachable at abdusamed@gravitasprotocol.xyz. No company has been incorporated. When one is, it will assume these terms and this page will say so.

Using the Services means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use them — reading the site alone asks nothing of you.

2. What is being offered

The Services are, precisely:

What is not offered: any financial service, any custody, any brokerage, any exchange, any investment product, any security or token sale of any kind.

3. Testnet only

The contracts are on a test network. There is no mainnet deployment.

Everything runs on Arbitrum Sepolia. Testnet tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything. A test network may be reset, halted or discarded by the parties who operate it, and nothing on it is guaranteed to persist.

Figures presented in the dashboard are illustrative unless labelled as read from the chain. Do not treat anything here as a live financial system, because it is not one.

4. Not advice, of any kind

Nothing in the Services, on the site, or in the documentation is:

Take your own advice before acting on anything you read here.

5. We never hold your assets

The application is non-custodial. It never takes possession of your funds, never holds your keys, and cannot move anything without a transaction you sign yourself.

We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does is attempting to steal from you, whoever they claim to be.

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you approve. A signed transaction cannot be undone by us or by anyone else.

6. How you may use it

You agree not to:

Finding a security flaw is not a breach of these terms

Responsible security research is welcome. Report what you find privately to abdusamed@gravitasprotocol.xyz and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. Do not exfiltrate data belonging to anyone else, and do not degrade the service for others.

7. Majlis credentials

Majlis is reached with a credential issued to a named board member. A member's credential is how a decision is attributed to them, and a vote that cannot be attributed is not a record of anything — which is the whole reason the application exists.

8. Intellectual property

The source code is published under the Business Source License 1.1. Read it before building on the code — it is not an open-source licence and it restricts production use until the change date it names. The licence is here.

The name, the mark and the design of this site are ours. Referring to the project by name is fine. Presenting yourself as us, or your work as endorsed by us, is not.

9. Third parties

The Services depend on things nobody here controls: the Arbitrum network, public RPC endpoints, wallet providers, Uniswap contracts, and the hosting platforms listed in the Privacy Policy. Their terms are theirs, their failures are theirs, and we make no representation about any of them.

Links to other sites are not endorsements of them.

10. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded — express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and any warranty that the software is free of defects or will operate uninterrupted.

The contracts have not been audited by an external firm. Smart contract software can contain flaws that testing does not find and review does not catch. What is known to be open is published rather than hidden, at docs/KNOWN-ISSUES.md.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.

In particular, we are not liable for loss arising from: a defect in the smart contracts; network congestion, reorganisation or failure; the loss or compromise of your keys; the behaviour of your wallet provider; the failure of any third party listed above; or a transaction you signed.

What this does not exclude

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Croatian or European Union law.

If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this document, and nothing here is intended to reduce them.

12. Availability

There is no uptime commitment. The Services may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. Majlis currently runs on a hosting tier that stops the service when it is idle, so the first request after a quiet period can be slow.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Republic of Croatia have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version and date at the top change when they do, and a material change will be announced on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
